Today when I went to pick up Owen from school,
he came running out of his classroom and gave me this...
It is the Mother's Day card he made me.
There are few things more special than gifts like these.
The heart is recycled paper the kids made themselves. They ripped up scraps of paper, put
them in a blender with water, then poured the pulp into cookie cutter shapes. This particular
one has seeds in it so I can plant it in the garden and grow flowers. Such a cute idea. And
seeing Owen's handwriting never gets old. He is doing so well and I am so proud of him.
Thanks for the extra special start to Mother's Day Owen!! Love you!!
