The Scorpions

This spring marked a very important time for Owen...the first time he was eligible for t-ball!
In Oak Park the leagues don't start until you are in Kindergarten.  We were super lucky to
get on a team with all of his best buds.

One of Owen's biggest strengths is his hitting.  He is amazing!!  Not only can he hit doubles,

which is huge for t-ball, but he is a switch hitter.  That's right, he can bat equally well left-

handed as he can right-handed.  I mean, look at that form!  ;) 

He's great at stopping balls on the infield and has an incredible arm.  They play him at short stop frequently because he can get the ball to first base from that side of the field.  

 We are some of his biggest fans and love watching him play.  

And Joe loves hanging with the other little brothers.  Win-win!

This season flew by, but it was so much fun to watch.  The Scorpions were a young team

with a lot of kindergartners and still did really well.  I'm super excited to see what they can

do next season.  Way to go Scorpions!!
