The one thing I am NOT thankful for this weekend is Owen learned
how to climb out of the pack n play.
He is normally such a great sleeper, that it was crazy the first time we witnessed it. He was so
overtired and over stimulated after playing with his cousins all day that when it came time to
nap, he wanted no part of it. As soon as we laid him down and walked out of the room he
started screaming "Mama" and jumped ship. After numerous attempts to put him down, and
numerous escapes, we ended up having to sit in the room with him until he fell asleep.
Tonight I am thankful that we are back home, his crib is too tall for him to climb over and we
hopefully have our great little sleeper back.
