This year we made two different kinds of Christmas cookies.
We started with gingerbread men (and dinosaurs) last week,
then made cut-out cookies this week.
In my mind I always imagine it being this fun, bonding experience with the boys. Then after
about 3 minutes as I'm yelling at them to give me back the food coloring, please don't put
the cookie cutters on the wall, and let's try to put the cookie cutters near the edge of the
dough instead of right smack dab in the middle, I take a breath and remember the mantra
from our Christmas card this year....
