Today we visited one of our favorite places...the Morton Arboretum. They have such an
awesome Children's Garden, but this time of year is especially fun because of one
thing...It's tadpole season!! The pond is filled with them, and the kids can catch them.
We even found some that were growing their legs already! So fun!
And when we had our fill of tadpoles, there was still tons more to explore.
This summer they have a Troll Hunt. They built various trolls around the grounds,
each unique and intricately designed. There are two within walking distance so we checked them out with Owen's friend Dev who met up with us. They are super cool!
I'd say this was a pretty great start to our summer!
