Cookie Walk

 With the Cookie Walk at Joe's school in just a few days, it was time for me to get my 8
dozen cookies baked.  This year I decided on Italian Ricotta cookies.  They are super soft,
delicious, and actually not too difficult.

The only time consuming part is frosting and decorating them.  Thankfully Joe took a super

long nap this afternoon and had no interest in going to bed when Owen did.  So he snuck

downstairs and helped me out instead.  :)
