A visit from the Tooth Fairy (and tooth Dinosaur)

An exciting event happened in our house yesterday afternoon...Owen lost his first tooth!!
It has been loose for a little while, but thankfully never got to the gross stage where it was
hanging from a thread.  He was standing in the kitchen with Ryan and said, "hey Dad,
I have a loose tooth."  He reached in his mouth to wiggle it and said "hey look!"  He pulled
out his hand and proudly held the tiny tooth up between his fingers.  It was that simple.
He was so excited and his new smile is really cute.

What's even more exciting is he got his first visit from the tooth fairy, and at his request,
the tooth dinosaur.  They brought him a little note thanking him for the tooth and a $2 bill,
both covered in magic tooth fairy dust.

He came into our room, opened the little envelope, took out the money and had Ryan read him the note.  He took his $2 and put it right in his piggy bank.  I love special things like the Tooth Fairy.  Sure it might take a little work, but it's so fun seeing them excited and happy.
