Joe has proven difficult to get to smile for family photos. Auntie Sarah found the magic of two simple words...Poop Bunny! They can instantly take a picture from this...
This weekend we went to Wausau to celebrate Easter. As always there was plenty to doto keep the boys busy. Grandma started off the weekend impressing us withher volcano making skills.
We spent some time outside (did I mention they got a foot of snow the day before?),
and took the kids bowling.
After all that excitementa warm brotherly cuddle was the perfect way to relax and prepare for the Easter bunny's big arrival tomorrow.
Apparently the kitchen table is not exciting enough for Joe. We were eating breakfast at Grandma's and he decided to pull up his own table and chair into the middle of the kitchen floor and enjoy his breakfast there. Let me welcome you to Joe's Cafe.
Joe has always hated having any type of hat on his head...that is until recently.
Now he is more than happy to try out various styles,
even if that means strolling through the aisles of the grocery store wearing theEaster basket we were buying on his head. What a fashionable shopping buddy!
This week we got a visit from Square Bear, cleverly named after Owen's classroom, the Square Room. He came home in Owen's backpack and got to stay with us for a few days.
The boys were more than happy to take him outside and let him join in on their fun. Then Owen and I got to write a letter back to the class reporting back about what we did together.
